SRSF8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,385 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPC, RBMX, and CHTOP. Each is linked with SRSF8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF8 versus HNRNPC in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
