SRSF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,195 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3A1, BUB3, and NASP. Each is linked with SRSF7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF7-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF7 versus SF3A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
