SRSF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,681 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are HEATR1, UCK2, and MRPL9. Each is linked with SRSF7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF7-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF7 versus HEATR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
