SRSF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,135 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR660, DIAPH3-AS2, and MIR7702. Each is linked with SRSF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF7-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR660 grouped by SRSF7-low versus SRSF7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
