SRSF7

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,075 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with SRSF7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF7-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF7 results are reported.
