Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,467 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, RNA polymerase II promoter clearance, and Regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with SRSF6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF6-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF6 results are reported.
