SRSF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, RBMY1F, and PLA2G3. Each is linked with SRSF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF6-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by SRSF6-low versus SRSF6-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
