SRSF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,722 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FNDC3B, FNDC3B_S208, and DCAF5. Each is linked with SRSF5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF5-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF5 versus FNDC3B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
