Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,843 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, RN7SL134P, and PABPC1P12. Each is linked with SRSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF5-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF5 results are reported.
