SRSF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and Mre11. Each is linked with SRSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF5-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SRSF5-low versus SRSF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
