Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,854 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA 5'-splice site recognition. Each is linked with SRSF5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF5-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF5 results are reported.
