Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF3P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,941 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRSF3P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FBXL17, ANP32E, and GOT2. Each is linked with SRSF3P5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF3P5-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF3P5 results are reported.
