SRSF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P18, ANO3-AS1, and CCDC34P1. Each is linked with SRSF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF3-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P18 grouped by SRSF3-low versus SRSF3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
