SRSF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC3, DDX46, and DHX9. Each is linked with SRSF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF2-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF2 versus RFC3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
