SRSF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,728 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP160, CCDC58, and RPS27AP3. Each is linked with SRSF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF2-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF2 versus NUP160 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
