SRSF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,337 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF3, SRSF9, and TPR. Each is linked with SRSF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF2-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF2 versus SRSF3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
