SRSF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ACC1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SRSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF2-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SRSF2-low versus SRSF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
