Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRSF11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRSF11 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SRSF11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRSF11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
HNSC, BRCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where SRSF11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
