Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,365 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, CXCL6, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with SRSF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF1-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF1 versus CSF3R in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
