Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,024 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, Sister chromatid cohesion, and DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity. Each is linked with SRSF1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF1-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF1 results are reported.
