Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SRRM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM5-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM5 results are reported.
