SRRM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,998 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNM1, MAP1A, and GPC1. Each is linked with SRRM3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM3-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRRM3 versus DNM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
