SRRM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1250, CYCSP4, and PHBP13. Each is linked with SRRM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM3-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRRM3 versus MIR1250 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
