Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRRM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,993 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of glucagon secretion, Cellular respiration, and Mitochondrial electron transport, ubiquinol to cytochrome c. Each is linked with SRRM3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM3-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM3 results are reported.
