SRRM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRRM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, SCGB1D1, and OR9K2. Each is linked with SRRM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM3-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by SRRM3-low versus SRRM3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
