Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRRM2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRRM2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SRRM2 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRRM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, DLBC, and UCS are the cancer types where SRRM2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
