Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRRM2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRRM2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 11 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SRRM2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRRM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SRRM2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
