SRRM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,158 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPRIP_S301, GLYR1, and PRPF4B_S294. Each is linked with SRRM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM2-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRRM2 versus MPRIP_S301 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
