SRRM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,030 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEDC2, CBX7, and SERPING1. Each is linked with SRRM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM2-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRRM2 versus TEDC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
