SRRM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,726 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, IER3IP1, and FAXDC2. Each is linked with SRRM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM2-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRC1 grouped by SRRM2-low versus SRRM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
