SRRM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, C-Raf, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SRRM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM2-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by SRRM2-low versus SRRM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
