SRRM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRRM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC2, RBBP4, and RBM17. Each is linked with SRRM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM1-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRRM1 versus RCC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
