SRRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNTL5, OR10K2, and OR10T2. Each is linked with SRRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRRM1-to-partner and partner-to-SRRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNTL5 grouped by SRRM1-low versus SRRM1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
