Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,972 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL16, CRK, and CASP10. Each is linked with SRR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRR-to-partner and partner-to-SRR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRR versus METTL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
