Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,980 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM110D, CTSG, and CD93. Each is linked with SRR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRR-to-partner and partner-to-SRR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRR versus FAM110D in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
