SRPX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,775 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUM, COL3A1, and COL5A2. Each is linked with SRPX2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPX2-to-partner and partner-to-SRPX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRPX2 versus LUM in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
