SRPX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, Collagen-VI, and 4E-BP1_pS65. Each is linked with SRPX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPX2-to-partner and partner-to-SRPX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p90 RSK grouped by SRPX2-low versus SRPX2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
