Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRPX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,765 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, Protein activation cascade, and Gastrulation. Each is linked with SRPX2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPX2-to-partner and partner-to-SRPX2 results are reported.
