Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRPK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRPK2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher SRPK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRPK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC show a favorable association.
SCLC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SRPK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
