SRPK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, TRRAP, and RASAL3_S51. Each is linked with SRPK2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK2-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRPK2 versus PUS7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
