Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,263 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUD31, DNAJC2, and CHCHD3. Each is linked with SRPK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK2-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRPK2 versus BUD31 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
