SRP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,525 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAF1, PARP1, and ZNF638. Each is linked with SRP9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP9-to-partner and partner-to-SRP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP9 versus PAF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
