Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,885 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCMT2, FAN1, and EMC4. Each is linked with SRP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP9-to-partner and partner-to-SRP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP9 versus LCMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
