SRP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are YTHDF3-AS1, IGHV3OR16-8, and LINC01050. Each is linked with SRP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP9-to-partner and partner-to-SRP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YTHDF3-AS1 grouped by SRP9-low versus SRP9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
