Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP9 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tem, and CLP. Each is linked with SRP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP9-to-partner and partner-to-SRP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by SRP9-low versus SRP9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
