Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,344 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport. Each is linked with SRP9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP9-to-partner and partner-to-SRP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by SRP9-low versus SRP9-high in LUNG_SCLC.
