SRP68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP68-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX42, TK1, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with SRP68 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP68-to-partner and partner-to-SRP68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP68 versus DDX42 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
