SRP68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,575 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP68-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRRF, FCER1A, and MAPK1. Each is linked with SRP68 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP68-to-partner and partner-to-SRP68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRRF grouped by SRP68-low versus SRP68-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
