SRP68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRP68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,211 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP68-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPLOC4, UBE2O, and KCTD2. Each is linked with SRP68 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP68-to-partner and partner-to-SRP68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP68 versus NPLOC4 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
