Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRP54 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRP54 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SRP54 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRP54 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CHOL, and LUSC are the cancer types where SRP54 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
